Rohn Kurland Rossman (RKR) advises organizations, business leaders and individuals facing complex legal challenges and decisions that change lives, companies and the legal landscape. The firm’s work spans prevention and strategic counsel, internal investigations, white-collar criminal defense and complex litigation, as well as service to the courts and legal profession.
RKR was founded in 2022 by James Rohn and Amy Kurland around the principles that shaped their careers: sound judgment, professionalism, integrity, trusted relationships and responsive client service. Both Jim and Amy had spent more than three decades building distinguished careers in public service and private practice. Their new practice built on that experience, where they personally handled sensitive matters, provided practical advice to prevent legal problems whenever possible, and remained beside their clients from beginning to end.
The addition of Mariana Rossman in 2026 began the firm’s next chapter, adding significant courtroom and criminal defense experience while strengthening the same commitment to thoughtful counsel, personal representation and genuine care. Her extensive trial experience and deep grounding in federal and state criminal law broaden the firm’s capabilities and add another dimension of seasoned judgment for clients facing high stakes matters.
